Eligibility:

If you refer a vacation rental homeowner to us, you’re eligible. It’s that easy.

Here’s the 3-Step Process:

  • Step 1: Share your referral by submitting our online referral form, emailing us, or simply passing along the homeowner’s name and contact info to our team.
  • Step 2: We’ll reach out to the referred property owner, provide a consultation, and walk them through our services.
  • Step 3: If the homeowner signs a property management agreement with us, you get paid—it’s that simple.

Referral Payment

Referral fee will be paid the month after the property is listed and
starts to receive bookings.
